                   PREMARITAL COUNCELLING PROGRAMME

A four day Pre-Marital Counselling programme was conducted under minority welfare department of Kerala Government on January 23, 24, 30 and 31st. This programme consisted of 8 sections and participated by over 35 students from various minority groupsThe first session of the programme was taken by M. John Mathai, former additional secretary of Kerala legislative assembly on the topic ‘Marriage – Personal and Social Relevance’. It was followed by the session of Rafeeq sir on the topic ‘Effective husband and wife relationship’. The second day of the programme comprised two sessions taken by Mr. Sanju and  Mrs. Husna Majeed on the topics ‘Marriage as a social commitment’ and ‘Marriage and Financial Management in Family Life’ respectively. Fifth session was carried over by Mrs. Latha on the topic ‘Marriage and Sexual Relationship’ followed by an activity oriented session by Mrs. Bindu Varghese. The sessions of the Last day of the programme were held by Adv. Razi and Mr. Rafeeq. The morning session was filled with the presentation Adv. Razi on the legal aspects of Marriage. The lst and final session was taken over by Rafeeq sir on the topic ‘Parenting and Child Rearing’

                           TEACHER ORIENTATION PROGRAMME    A Teacher orientation programme was conducted on 19th and 20th January, 2021. It was the first major programme for B.Ed. Batch of 2020-22 session. The Orientation Programme was a two day teacher training introductory programme. The function was titled as ' TEACHER'. The aim of the programme was to create competent and unique teachers. It was organised by the IQAC and the Placement Cell of GCTE, Trivandrum. The programme coordinator was Dr. Issac Paul sir, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. The Chief Guest of the Programme was  Dr. Asha. J. P., Dean, School of Education and Professor, MG University, Kottayam, inaugurated the programme. Our Beloved Principal Dr.K.Rajeswari teacher delivered the key note address. Dr. V. K. Santhosh Kumar sir, IQAC Coordinator, gave the vote of thanks.

Conscientization programme    Conscientization programme was conducted by me on 17th August 2022 Wednesday for the  9D students of Government Model Boys Higher secondary school Thycaud. Topic selected for the conscientization programme is "cardio respiratory endurance through excercise" Ashmita Stanley provided technical and non technical support for the conscientization programme
